Can I hire you for website updates?

You can if you like! Updates are available by the hour or could potentially be a perfect fit for my retainer program. I would love to chat, if that is something that interests you.


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Payment plans are available upon request. Any job over $500 is eligible. I will work with you to come up with a plan that works for both your timeline and your budget.


Do you offer website user training?

Once your design is complete you will receive a series of video tutorials helping you navigate the backend of your website. These are yours to keep and look back on when needed. If you wish to book further training sessions I would be happy to accommodate.


Do you offer printing services for businesses?

Yes! All services listed on my website are for design only. Printing costs vary by specifications, paper type, quantities, etc. If you are interested in printed materials, I would be happy to put a custom quote together for you.


What should I expect during our design consultation?

Consultations are tailored to your specific needs. Currently all consultations are done virtually. Before we meet I will send over a short questionnaire. This will help guide the meeting and give me a better idea of your design needs.

Consultations are complimentary to all branding, web design and retainer packages.

What platform do you use for web design?

Currently, all websites are designed using the SquareSpace platform. All designs are responsive and user friendly for both you and your clients. If you are a design retainer client looking for web design work, please discuss your platform requirements with me.


Will we meet before design starts?

Yes! Once a retainer has been paid, all branding and web design clients receive a complimentary inspiration meeting before design begins. This where we go over concept ideas, functionality and any important details you might have for me.


What type of businesses do you serve?

I work with any and all types of small to medium sized businesses creating purposeful marketing and content that fits with your overall brand message.


What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept pretty much any form of payment. The most common forms are cash, personal checks or credit card using QuickBooks or Stripe software. I also offer ACH witch helps me out by eliminating the transaction fees.

When purchasing through my online shop, you simply checkout like you would at any other online retailer. Stripe allows payment with any credit card including American Express and PayPal. Any orders through the shop are paid in-full at the time of purchase.

If you are working with me on a custom order, I will send you an e-invoice via Quickbooks, where you can pay directly via credit card, ACH or simply respond letting me know that check or cash is on its way! Please note that final payment is due prior to delivering final artwork files. If you have requested printed materials, final payment is dur prior to printing.

Quickbooks accepts all credit cards, including American Express, as well as PayPal. It is also accommodating to international currencies.
